FlyQuest Busio Reportedly Joining Karmine Corp for LEC 2026
According to the reports from Sheep Esports, FlyQuest Support Alan “Busio” Cwalina is all set to join the LEC in 2026. The Polish-American 100 Thieves Academy graduate will join Karmine Corp for the upcoming season after a successful year in the LTA.
The Only LTA Championship Finals MVP
Before LTA dissolved back into LCS and CBLOL again, Busio and FlyQuest dominated the league. After starting the year by missing out on First Stand, they went on an indomitable run to win LTA North Split 2 and 3, and the LTA Championship 2025. Busio was named the MVP of the LTA Championship Finals.

At MSI 2025, their only win came against another western team in G2 Esports. Worlds 2025 was no different. Despite entering the tournament as arguably the best team from the west, they failed to qualify for Playoffs, losing to G2 in the process. Their two international wins at Worlds came against Vivo Keyd Stars and Team Secret Whales, underlining their struggles on the international stage.
A Disappointing Season for Karmine Corp
Over at the LEC, Karmine Corp started the year with a bang. Caliste and Vladi, the two rookies who were promoted from KC Blue, dominated the 2025 LEC Winter Split and qualified for First Stand. At Karmine Corp’s debut international tournament, they upset Top Esports and edged out CTBC Flying Oyster to place 2nd behind Hanwha Life Esports at the tournament.
Unfortunately, the rest of the year was a disappointment, as they placed 3rd in the Spring Split and 4th in Summer, missing out on MSI and Worlds. Despite being a strong team in their own right, a big reason behind KC’s failure were internal issues that plagued the team.
A Super team in Making
For the upcoming LEC 2026, Karmine Corp has decided to move away from Vladi and now possibly support Targamas, as they bring in Busio. The move makes for a deadly bot lane duo of LTA Championship Finals MVP and the LEC 2025 Rookie of the Year.
For Caliste, the aforementioned ROTY, having a proven and mechanically gifted support in Busio will take his game to greater heights, strengthening KC’s bot lane. The move is also beneficial since Busio holds a Polish passport, allowing them to keep Canna in the top lane.
The only vacancy for the team moving forward will be the mid lane. If they manage to bring in a talented mid laner, KC can very well topple the LEC power rankings in 2026.
For now, the Karmine Corp roster looks as follows:
- Top: Kim “Canna” Chang-dong
- Jungle: Martin “Yike” Sundelin
- Mid:
- ADC: Caliste “Caliste” Henry-Hennebert
- Support: Alan “Busio” Cwalina
